    Sadly I didn't loss a thing, but I will keep trying. I kind expected it with a increase in my water and a mixing up my diet. I will push even harder this week to pull numbers next week! :heart:

    I did the measurement in inches of my waist and my neck hips etc… when I started this challenge and they have seen a reduction woo hoo… I am very frustrated not seeing the scale move but on the other hand I wore a pair of jeans that I have not fit into for 5 months so something is happening even if the scale is stuck. Boo!

    Hi All,

    It's TOM for me so no weight loss and I'm glad I didn't put on weight despite feeling so horrible with bloating & cramps. Not to mention sugar cravings . . .

    Will keep at it with Jillian Michael's Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism this week & hopefully I will lose 4lbs by next week. [:wink: I could always dream].

    I had a great start but then "life" happened, but that is ok, it threw me off for a few days, those days are forever gone, today I can succeed :-)

    Lol I am trying to catch up with all the posts (been away for 10 days) and I just realised I posted this weeks loss in the first weigh in (it was at the top of the page so I read it first). :blushing: So I will repost here.

    Congrats to all the losers. To those whose scales did not move remember losing weight is a certainty as long as you dont give up.

    that just means you are losing fat and gaining muscle. I was doing the same thing for a couple weeks.

    Been there, done that and don't want to do it again - quite frankly she makes me want to cry!!

    I am doing Leslie Sansone's walking DVD's (on youtube) and running once or twice a week
