Sadly I didn't loss a thing, but I will keep trying. I kind expected it with a increase in my water and a mixing up my diet. I will push even harder this week to pull numbers next week!

I did the measurement in inches of my waist and my neck hips etc… when I started this challenge and they have seen a reduction woo hoo… I am very frustrated not seeing the scale move but on the other hand I wore a pair of jeans that I have not fit into for 5 months so something is happening even if the scale is stuck. Boo!0 -

Hi All,
It's TOM for me so no weight loss and I'm glad I didn't put on weight despite feeling so horrible with bloating & cramps. Not to mention sugar cravings . . .

that just means you are losing fat and gaining muscle. I was doing the same thing for a couple weeks.0 -

Been there, done that and don't want to do it again - quite frankly she makes me want to cry!!
