Even though it is the American Thanksgiving, it is a day of thanksgiving for all of us around the world.

Today:

Pray as God leads you to pray for:

Our Countries and rulers

Our Communities and leaders

Our Careers.Studies.Retirement

Our MFP Community -- Health and Fitness and Spirituality

Our Families--Health and Fitness and Spirituality

Ourselves - Health and Fitness and Spirituality

Or if it is easier:

Matthew 6:9-13

King James Version (KJV)

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Heavenly Father, there is just so much I'm thankful for. This year you've really transformed me; mind, body and spirit. I pray that you extend this transformation to those using MFP to accomplish their goals. That they be encouraged to get closer to you and desire a relationship with you. I appreciate this year because I realized that you took time to make me special. That each thing I see as a flaw in me was purposefully crafted by you, and was created to help me learn and grow and be the woman you want me to be. I give myself to you again Lord. You are the most important person to me. The only living God. My provider. My friend. My savior. I just want to lift your holy name and tell everyone what my God has done for me. I just think about where I was a few years ago and it's just SO different from where I am now. Thank you God. I pray that you use me. Every piece of me for Your will. Father God please move me out of the way so that Your light shines through. So that I become invisible and people see just you when they look at me. I pray this prayer for the my fellow MFP Christians on a journey with you. Don't leave our sides Holy Father. We need you. Amen!

    Gracious God,

I am thankful for your love--for me and everyone of my MFP family, for it sustains me.

I am thankful for my extended family (especially my MFP family) around the world and ask for your protection upon each of them. May you give them the desires of their hearts.

I am thankful for my immediate family that has supported me in my hopes and dreams all year.

I am thankful for the improvements I have had in my health and fitness. May I grow stronger and fitter each day that I might honor you, O Lord.

I am thankful for freedom to express my faith. I lift up those where freedoms are restricted. I lift up those who are at war. May you bring peace.

I am particularly grateful for my friends here, Lord, who make my day in so many ways. I feel blessed and my spirits are lifted by being connected with each one here. Thank you Lord.

    In Jesus name. Amen

I am thankful for much: health and inner peace, a wonderful husband and two kids, my family, a comfortable place to call home, a great job, support from friends here in my healthier lifestyle. I love my dog too. Thank you Lord for the life you have allowed me to experience and the many times you have revealed yourself and came to rescue me while you called me your own. For this Lord I have desired to know you and seek your face. Amen
