Putting up the Christmas tree today :-)
I have moved recently, and it really threw off my food & fitness, but I feel like I'm getting back on track. This challenge is actually showing me how out of whack I am and each time I fail it is increasing my determination. I have good food in the house and working on rebooting my exercise routines.0 -
Happysugarfree moving house is great exercise, its like being at the gym all day long.
You have not failed - you can't fail until you give up0 -
Thanks Ann121212!
I believe that, and I have come so far, my thoughts have changed so much, I could never give up! I did my exercises for the day, kept it small, shooting for "slow and steady."
How is everyone doing?0 -
Hey Happysugarfree I have a walking date today at 1, join me even if all you do is walk around your house. :-)
I have been dealing with my plantar fasciitis, it is slowly getting better, but finding exercise that doesn't exasperated it has been hard. :-( and making cookies for Christmas has been sooooo tempting!0 -
Lol, Parselysage, maybe if you didn't make such good cookies they wouldn't be so tempting
I am taking your challenge, going out with the dog!0 -
I was sooo bad and it tasted soooo good banana splits with the girl child tonight to drowned her sorrows of no more trampoline till the second opinion… why does bad news always make me want sugar? At least the dog got an extra walk tonight.0

I do the same thing with turkey and soup. We make some type of soup almost every weekend for the week, during the winter. Unfortunately, I am allergic to chicken! :ohwell:0

I have been absent the last 3 weeks because I hurt my back. It seriously set me back as far as exercise. Also, when I hurt I just want to eat comfort foods. However, I didn't do too much damage, happily, and now I am ready to get back on track for my goal. 6 lbs. to go before New Years. I know I can do it!!0
