I'll hit it hard when I work out this afternoon. Again, I will push myself and do 3 sets of each. Those burpees are NOT my friend. They make me feel like I am a weak little punk! LOL! I WILL master the burpee, ya heard?!?0 -
Yea, Burpees and Lunges are not my friend. I'm so sore from the lunges, I'm gonna have to pull out the ice pack.0

They will definitely increase. They can be added to workouts too. I usually do Yoga and speed walking ( in the neighborhood), but I've been working so many crazy hours, I've been behind.0
