Pre-op Meal Replacement Recommendations

I am hoping to have my surgery on 12/19 and I would like your expert advice on what meal replacement shakes are best so I can begin preparing for my 2 week pre-op diet.

I use what I can buy at my doctor's office because I know they are what I should be using and because they taste really great. Syntrax Nectar is the product name. I also keep some Syntrax unflavored powder around for when I need a protein boost. Good luck!0
