If you would like to experience the larger version and the music, see my blog at http://chaplynne.wordpress.com/
Prayer:
Almighty God, Open my eyes that I might see. Open my mind that I might understand. Open my heart that I might make your words a part of me. May the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in your sight.
Scripture: Isaiah 2:1-5; Psalm 122; Romans 13:11-14; Matthew 24:36-44 (King James Version)

Single Section: Matthew 24:36-44 King James Version (KJV)
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
OBSERVE:
Take a moment and write down three observations of the verses. What strikes you? An observation is an observable fact from the Word.

Knowing that Jesus could come back at any time, we are instructed to always be watchful. Keeping ourselves ever vigilant for the time of His return. Never keeping God's word far from our hearts. Thank you, Jesus, for your impending return; and for the everlasting life that comes with it. Thank you, Lord for keeping and watching out for us. In Jesus' name, amen.0

We need to live every day as if He is coming, so He will catch us doing right and not sinning.
