I'm a chip Lover!!!
these veggie chips are great and easy to make! i make extra and ziplock them to keep fresh...i also use Mrs. Dash's seasoning to add flavors other than just salt. ENJOY!!
1 medium zucchini (about 10 ounces)
Pinch salt
Recipes
Pinch black pepper
Parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the zucchini atop the parchment in a single layer, then mist with cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes, or until the chips have reached the desired crispiness.
For crispier chips, use a wire rack instead of parchment.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, approximately 20 chips per serving.

I make these and I am addicted they are good and a must have for a frequent snacker like myself -- one note to add is that they shrink a lot when cooked... the first time I made them, I was thinking shrinky dinks... I bought additional trays so that I could whip up bigger batches0
