it must be in the water yesterday I was 183.8 but today I had gained a bunch back too! Keep at it it all go eventually!0

There is so much that can affect the once a week weigh in - something salty on Sunday that will cause you to hold a bit more fluid - something eaten on Saturday that is slow getting to the end destination (if you get my meaning) - even a soak in the bath Sunday night as opposed to a shower. They will all give you a slightly higher reading, but mean absolutely nothing in the overall weightloss journey (other than the Monday mornings disappointed sigh).
Keep your chin up - its possible the weight you truly lost this week will make an appearance next week :happy:0 -

Thank you for starting a new thread! My son had the flu and I was busy cleaning up his sickness everywhere! I have not gained or lost anything. I need to get going again on the right path. I think that I am just saying to myself "You are starting insanity in January, so no need to rush it, it will happen for sure" but I don't know. I am just not into it like I have been for the first 30lbs. I need another wake up call!0

Well, the scale is going the wrong direction but I feel so much better! And been exercising daily! I am getting back into a healthy routine and reviving the healthy habits that I had fought for before I moved. So, in all, I'm quite pleased. I am a low carb person and have finally reached that "no more cravings" place so I'm starting to eat less again too. I just FEEL better and am ready to really jump in now0 -
