    Good tip!!! Sometimes we are in such a rush we tend to miss breakfast but I have been making it a point to have my smoothies in the morning....keeps me GOING!!

    I love breakfast. I am automatically waking up before 6 am cause I am so hungry and let me tell you I eat a lot. This morning for ex: 700 cals
    It was worrying me but i ve noticed that I was less and less hungry during the day and that my calorie intake was naturally shrinking and that my smallest meal was often diner!
    So yay to breakfast!

    I typically eat oatmeal with walnuts, raisins, or fresh fruit for breakfast but find that it doesn't keep me full for very long. Any recomendations on breakfast that will keep you full to the next meal?
