I just want to thank everyone for bearing with my little meltdown the past couple of days.
I figured out the 1.8 lb loss....I hadn't taken creatine for a few days, so I most likely dropped the water weight. Total gain in 8 weeks of 3.8 lbs is not bad. In fact, with my measurements staying pretty much the same, there's possibly some recomp going on. I'm going to take some of the wonderful advice that's been offered to me.
1. Move from NROL4W to a 3-day Power Muscle Burn split (http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/3-day-power-muscle-burn). It's an intermediate program, and I'm definitely more advanced in my lifting than a beginer program so I'm really excited about this.
2. Reduce cardio to a couple of sessions/week to maintain endurance for when I ramp up running during my cut.
3. Stop doing 14:10 IF. I can't get enough food in a day when I'm doing IF so I'll have to stop that until I cut.
4. Stop carb-cycling and try to adjust my macros so that they're more consistent on a daily basis. I'm finally getting my hunger cravings under control from excess carbs, so a better balance will definitely help.
5. Stop being so strict with myself regarding food. Staying paleo/primal (have gluten issues and soy creeps me out) but not being so hard on myself to be perfect.
6. Up my cals to 2400/day from 2200 and stop logging on Saturdays.
I think that's it. If I missed anything, let me know! And thanks again...this really is the best group of women. I couldn't have asked for more amazing ladies!
