Uterine Prolapse

Options
I found out yesterday that I have a uterine prolapse (I'm 2 weeks postpartum). Has anyone else had this problem? I'm so freaked out.

Isn't that where the supporting muscles are no longer holding it in place? Surely they gave you more information? And I'm pretty sure it's something that can be fixed. It's kinda good that it's been found so soon I guess. I hope you get more information and support here. Good luck.

Is it a true uterine prolapse or a rectocele/cyctocele? 6 week s post-partum I felt a firm vulge from my vagina and freaked out. I went to Dr and diagnosed with rectocele (where the rectum pushes into the vagina causing a bulge). It is appoarently much less serious than a true uterine prolapse or cervical prolapse but dr said may need surgery.

My doctor said it was uterine. After reading more about it, I think I have a mild to moderate prolapse.
