January 1 I'll start posting. Feel free to introduce yourself here. I've been practicing for almost 30 years, and love our Gakkai community. How cool that we can encourage each other here on MFP, to be more fit and healthy for kosen rufu. Yay!!

    Here's a great quote from Sensei about daimoku (translated from the Seikyo Shimbun).

    -- TO MY FRIENDS --
    The daimoku we chant towards the fulfilment of the great vow of kosen-rufu
    is, in fact, the greatest of all joys.*
    Let’s transform the hardships we face into a source of happiness,
    our karma into our mission,
    and enact the triumphant drama of our human revolution!
