    That is true talent

    I've been snuffy and on the verge of declaring a cold .... I walk / ran two miles (30 minutes) at the gym - but no extra classes today.

    I really like water exercise!! A mile in the pool is great! I did my mile on the treadmill!

    I did my walk today at 11:40p.m. I finished at 12:01, does that count for tomorrow too?
