Hi! Nice you started this. I've been using myfitnesspal since I got sober, but haven't used the group or other social type aspects of it. It works great for tracking food intake and excercise and I use it every day without fail. 30 lbs. and counting and on day 80 of sobriety.
I don't know if I have my setting so others can see, but I've recently started mixing some running in with my walking. I hit the dreaded weight loss plateau and someone suggested it to me to try to get past it. It worked!!
I hope others post here and share their other success stories beyond staying sober.0 -
Because I never used this app for anything but tracking my own progress, which I can do other places, I have never looked at my daily progress update posts. I did today and they are all funky. The weight loss is way off. I went back to the beginning and it was off even then. I can't lose 1.8 pounds and lose 1 pound total (! as it has after every daily update). I suppose I should let the company know...I heard they are trying to make a lot of upcoming changes. It might be the interface with my kindle since I do all my tracking with it.0
