5.1 mile run and a 2.0 mile walk with the pups for me today! And damn did it feel good!

    Late reporting - I did my mile yesterday after our Saturday morning Group (such as it was - just Terry and i) workout. Then we played racquetball for about an hour.

    I failed to do my walk yesterday. I had a Christmas party at my house I had to prepare for and completely slipped my mind. First day I did not complete.. I'll do two today
