    I'm pleased with my progress, given the number of cookies, fudge, and sundry treats I've consumed this week. Meeting and exceeding my exercise goal is really helping me keep off the extra pounds.

    Battled off the weight spike but I'm not happy with my progress. I know I am down inches overall and that improves my mood but I want to see more reflected on that scale. We got the new power cord in for the xbox so at the very least I am going to start splitting my tapout workouts if I need to. Someone showed me a walking dvd that's been put up on youtube so I might start doing that at work on lunch since I'm graveyard and that's technically 545 am when it's pitch black out and I Can't go for a normal walk for safety reasons. I think it's a 20ish min deal so that gives me enough time to workout and eat a little something.

    It's my 30 th bday today:) so I ran but I'm choosing to go over calories for tonight and not stress about it:)
