How was everyone's week? Personally, this wasn't a good week for me. I was incredibly busy with school and such I had no time to workout. I'm definitely planning to hit it hard this week and make up for last week.
SW: 159 lbs
12/8: 159.4 lbs
12/15: 157.8 lbs (I'm pretty sure I lost muscle but it's all good)

This week past was challenging for me with a ton of stress however I tried very hard to stay in my calorie zone and I'm going to high five myself because I did and I got results!
I'm very please right now:):)
The next couple weeks ahead will be a true test, but I am ready to give it my all!!

I did great this week. I worked out every morning before work. I cooked my own meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I had my break this weekend without going crazy. I know a lot of this is probably water weight, but it's good to see the scale going in the right direction!0 -

This week went okay. Too much time spent grading, but then my numbers finally moved after almost two weeks! It jumped down a lot, but I'm fairly sure it is legitimate weight loss.0 -

I had a pretty good week. I surpassed my fitness calories burned and stayed under my calorie goals most days. However we went out for pizza on Friday night which turned out to be saltier than your average high-sodium pizza, so I'm thinking the game is probably water weight, plus we've not been eating as much fiber as usual so things aren't moving as well as usual either. We have been eating some fairly low-calorie meals, especially lunches, leaving me with over 1,000 calories to spend on snacks, not exactly ideal.0 -
