Where do i begin ?

Hello,

My name is Aruna and I am an Indian living in US.I dont know what my current weight is because I am dead scared to weigh myself.I think its around 190.I am 5'5" . Where do I begin?

    Hi,
    The first thing to do is to weigh yourself. Then set a long term goal and a short term goal. For example i weigh 191.5lbs and 5' 6". My long term goal is to reach 160 lbs by another 5 months. My short term goal is to lose 2lbs in every week until i cant lose 2 lbs. I am doing cardio,weights and some balance workouts 5 to 6 days a week. Eat clean food (no junk food) with 6 meals a day. Sleep 8 Hours every night (must) as body will need time to refresh and rebuild all the lost muscles. This way we can achieve our goals in set time.

    And last thing is to be happy with any result . We should first accept that our body is beautiful now and we are trying to enhance it then we will be able to do anything.
