For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.
Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

Great day! Good start, it's my day 3. It will take awhile to build up my energy levels, but today is definitely much better then yesterday0 -

Also, don't forget to actually answer the questions with YES or NO.
