For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.

Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes I walked downtown for more than 3 hours

    But I feel good tracking my food, I didn't know French macaroons are full of calories!

    Great day! Good start, it's my day 3. It will take awhile to build up my energy levels, but today is definitely much better then yesterday

    :bigsmile: FYI -- For those of you answering "not yet", you don't need to log in until your day is complete. Caradae gives you three days to log each day. Also, don't forget to actually answer the questions with YES or NO. Feel free to add any other information you would like to share as well (ie. what exercise, how long, etc), BUT it is NOT required!! :bigsmile:
