                    Sorry I haven't been around so much lately. My lifts are going well and I've gained 2 lbs in the last two week (bringing my fluctuating total up to around 6 total pounds gained in 11 weeks--or is it 12 weeks now? IDK).
I've been quiet because a lot has been going on for me personally...I just made an appointment with a divorce lawyer for next week Friday. I've been thinking about this for the past year and a half and finally had enough. Just wanted to let you all know where my head is at right now.

            ((Primal)) I'm so sorry to hear that. I know too well how devastating that can be. As they say- "This ain't my first rodeo".
I poured myself into fitness each (yes, I said EACH. FML, right? :huh: ) time. That's the only thing that has gotten me through to the other side without too much damage. When you wanna hit the bar- hit the barBELL. Cheeeeeeesy. But, for real. Work that **** out in the gym.
I know you have a little one too. That transitional period is tough, but kids are so resilient. Especially once mama is in a better place. Hug the little tight and then hug yourself tighter. Life goes on and you will rebuild. :flowerforyou:0 -
