Hey guys! One of the biggest reasons I decided to join mfp was for the support and community. I just started my liver reduction diet and am having my surgery the day before new years eve. I think it would be great to make some friends who are going through this process and who have already been there :)

    This is my second Christmas post sleeve. I have lost 144lbs and am now maintaining over the winter before a push to lose the last 7lbs in the spring.

    I am always around so am happy to give advice. It's not easy and life will change for ever but the positives sooooooo outweigh any negatives.

    Good luck with your surgery. I had my surgery on December 4, 2013. Doing good now. I had some pain the 2nd and 3rd week but my doctor told me everyone is not the same and I would get there. I'm glad to report that I'm there now and feeling pretty good. Love to be friends on this journey.
