Waist 38 1/2
Hips 36 1/2
Chest 42
Biceps 14
Thighs 23

My goal is to decrease body fat down to 12% and add muscle. This may take two rounds of P90X3, but I want to see what I can accomplish in the first 90 days.

Here are my measurements. I'm going to post my before pictures when I have a progress pic to post with it. Just not feeling that brave yet.
waist 28 in
lower abdomen (where most of my fat is) 33 in
hips 36 in
chest 35.5 in
bicep 10.75 in
thigh 21.5 in
current weight 127.6
body fat 22.8%
I don't have much to lose. I am just tired of looking doughy. My goal is to lower my body fat percentage to around 17-18% and loose a few pounds too.0 -

What are you using for your body fat measurements? I'm using an Omron fat analyzer (handheld elctronic device). I compared it with a BodPod measurement (egg-shaped container you sit in) and they were both within 1% of each other.

I just got one for Christmas :-) I have heard they are pretty close to accurate. Glad to hear someone with real life comparison.0

I have a scale that measures weight, water weight, and body fat. I don't know how accurate it is but my body fat does change as I workout and eat better so I use it as a starting point to gauge my progress. I might have to look into the Omron though.0

The abs in my profile picture were just 6 months ago. I had major surgery in August and could not believe how quickly you lose muscle mass! I want those abs and then some :-)0 -

Simply curious to hear what tools folks use. Before investing in something, look around to see if anyone offers a BodPod measurement and compare those results with whatever you use. You may already have something that does a better job than an Omron.

I have quite a bit to lose...here are my beginning stats for P90X3:
Starting weight: 178 lbs
Chest: 43"
Waist (@ natural curve): 37.5"
waist @ belly button: 40"
Hips: 44.5"
Thigh (L): 21.5"
Thigh (R): 21"
Calves (both): 14.5"
neck: 13.5"
Bicep (L): 13"
Bicep (R): 13.5"
I don't have anything to measure my Body Fat...might go out and buy some calipers at GNc later :-)
I am hoping to lose at least 30 pounds in my first round of P90X3. I am planning on doing some running on the side and stationary biking as well for extra cardio. I am a snug size 12 right now...hopefully I am a size 8 at the end of the program...I am also going to do the Elite Block at the end of my 90 days.0
