For the rest of December, I'll be posting practice sign-ins, so you'll get an idea of how the group works. You don't have to participate in the practice sign-ins. If you choose to participate and you slip up, it's okay--it's just practice.
Remember: You can answer "no" to any of these questions during practice sign-ins. But once January hits, the challenge will officially begin and you'll have to answer "yes" to all of these questions in order to remain in the challenge.

It's almost starting time.....READY??? Get a plan in place. When to workout, morning or evening? What to eat for meals, for snacks? Try to have one protein every time you eat to feel fuller longer. :drinker:
