I'm looking for some UK friends. I don't have any targets regarding weight as that is not an issue. I am more looking to keep my bodyfat sub 15%.
I would say I was a helpful chap and supportive too.
My fitness interests are, crossfit, running, boxing, weightlifting, swimming. I also enjoy cooking healthy, nutritious and filling meals.
