I'm pleased with my results so I'll call this first bulk a success. I'm eating slightly under maintenance at the moment. No really on purpose, but more as a result of not logging or stressing about hitting a calorie goal for the last few weeks. Current goal is to get back on track with macros and get rid of the bloat from the holidays. I'm also planning to overhaul my routine. I'm really happy with the gains I've made in my legs but keeping up with 3 leg days a week is hard. The DOMS alone.... However, I do plan on focusing one leg day a week on my outer sweep. I'm also going to add more calf exercises at the end of some of my workouts to help build them and balance out my legs. I'm also happy to report that I tried out a new gym and I love it. It's designed more for lifters than my current gym. I definitely plan to switch over.

Woohoo!!! Great job girl!!! I'm feeling you on the leg splits. Still trying to nail mine down though I'm liking the separation of quads and hammies. 3 times is damn hard!0
