Mindfulness

To remain mindful of our bodies in this busy challenging season, we challenge ourselves to do 4 things:

* Log food everyday
* Log at least 20 minutes of exercise everyday- lowered until after Christmas was 30 and we are all taking baby steps
* Offer encouragement to at least one other person in our group
* Get at least 7-8 hours sleep
Take a deep breath, love ourselves, and have fun. Be here now, in this moment, enjoying life and our wonderful bodies.
