Happy New Year!! :smile: I hope everyone's having a great holiday break!

I was thinking that it would be really cool if some of us could make our diaries public. It could be really helpful to take a look at each other's meal plans and maybe get ideas for our own diets. My diary is already public, and I think it would be best if you want to make yours public to reply to this post just so we all know who's joining in on this. Is anyone interested in trying this?

    Mine has been public for a while now....Past week or so really havent been too well but prior to Dec 21st thats how I normally eat with last night getting back onto track
