    Is exercising 6 days per week active...lol...my focus is lifting challenging weights and not an excess of cardio....so if that is yours feel free to add me as a friend. It's what helped me lose the majority of my weight along with making good food choices as a whole.

    out of 2,000 and somthing members in this group its only 5 or so of us that's active!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow!!... We gotta get our none active members motivated and participating in the group ladies!!

    Not sure what you mean by "Active." I usually work out 5-7 days per week on a recumbent bike and elliptical machine plus walk 2.50 miles roundtrip from the train station to my worksite. Recently, I have added strenth training. I don't have any "miracle" recipes or other techniques I can share.

    I just found this group yesterday! I normally visit the blog daily! I LIVE for the inspirational stories! I am hoping to be an inspiration one day!!

    I have never stuck to a fitness/diet lifestyle change. This time, I am doing things that I have never done before, like reaching out to groups for support. I would love to have a support network of women that have the same goals as I do!
