I could use the accountability of posting here weekly! My goal is to lose 10 pounds by February 14th:

Week One: 143
Week Two:
Week Three:
Week Four:
Week Five:
Week Six:
Goal Weight: 133

I am also going to get back into running regularly. I sprained my ankle--badly--two months ago and can just start running again now. Anyone else have any specific exercise/weight lose goals for this time?

    I will agree. I definitely need accountability as well. I would like to lose between 7-10 pounds by Valentine's day.

    Week one (1/2/14): 207.5
    I would love to weigh 197 by Valentine's day, but I will take 7.

    I use Gorilla work outs. They are intense and you definitely feel it the next day! I will be starting these tonight actually.

  • Six pounds seems like so little but it is so much for me since I love to eat. I could use some support and would love to be at my goal weight for V Day!

    My ultimate goal weight is 125, so if I achieve this I'll have only ten pounds to go! I'm sort of hoping to get lower than 135 by Valentine's Day, but in the past I've grossly overestimated how much I can realistically lose in a period of time, so I'm trying to start smaller for a change.

    Loving this timeline as I have a beach vacation that starts Feb. 10th! I would love to lose 10lbs of fat by then. Let's do it!

    Hello everyone my goal is to lose 6lbs in six weeks.

    Exercise isn't an issue i go to the gym two three times a week, hot yoga and got a fit bit for xmas trying to achieve 10k steps a day. Since working from home over the past 10 years i have gained 15 pounds and decided i am not going to turn 50 with this extra weight on!

    I am so tired of being fat. Clothes don't fit and nothing really looks good on me. But for some reason I am so focused this time. Trying to eat better and leave these dang on sodas alone. And I have the best workout partner, my oldest daughter who is so supportive.

    Is 10 lbs too unrealistic? I really think I can do especially since I lose weight really quickly in the beginning and then taper off after about the first 30 lbs. Either way Im focused and I'm excited about that.

  • I like the idea of reporting in here! Recently renewing my desire to be slimmer and getting a new kindle for Christmas lead me to fitness. Journaling my habits has worked for me before so I'm hoping to be back on track using this.

    Can I join please! As I'm getting closer to my goal its becoming harder to lose weight so need to set a realistic target - so aiming for a 6 pound loss.

    Great idea!

    After the Christmas blow out, I now have an extra 7lbs to lose! It's nearly taken 4 years but I WILL lose that baby weight!!! Ultimately want to get to 140lbs which is my happy weight, onlyy 31 lbs to go!!!!
