Hey everyone, you're doing great so far. :drinker: Don't worry about the might have beens, just focus on what you have accomplished. Every mile/km you move is that much closer to your goal. :flowerforyou: It's far too easy to give up if you expect everything to be perfect the first time you try. Accept that mistakes will happen, and any progress you make is a step in the right direction. :flowerforyou:
@djmicheals It will get better. Coming back from an allergy attack always seems to take longer than it should.
Spent some time this morning on the treadmill, but I couldn't resist taking a walk in the snow this afternoon. I even talked the college kid to come along with me. :noway: We were not the only ones out walking on the bike path, and I even saw some bike tire tracks in the snow. :huh: (now that's dedication when there's 4 inches of snow on an unplowed, untreated bike path)
Added 6.5 miles today. Won't have the same time available next week when I go back to work. :frown:
