Hello all! I've been on MFP for awhile, but I have a tendency to fall off the bandwagon. This time I'm here to stay and I need help! I need someone to help keep me motivated. I'm really struggling. Thanks!

    Hi, If you're still looking I'm 5'7" about 175 ..was about 195( lost some weight but gained back a few pounds) and my GW is 150 maybe 145
