Hey everyone,

I'm looking for more FB friends who wanna connect up. I find it so hard to use my phone with MFP so if you want more friends on FB let me know. At least I can use my phone, ipad etc on the go but MFP it is not as easy.

Anyone welcome, I'm not picky and my GF doesn't care! :)

    Hi Jo, this is Caroline from FB. I found you through the LGBT group. I would love to have you as a friend. I belonged to this group before; however, I quit because I was not making any gains at losing weight. I am determined to lose weight as soon as I can workout again. I am going to try and modify my workouts, so that I can gradually workout the regular routines.
