When I read #5 I laughed out loud at "Most miracle “fat-burning supplements” are about as effective as an hour of Prancercizing." (Prancercize?!?) So I googled it, and it's a real fitness craze! You absolutely must watch this video and laugh.

I think some of the old gals in my neighbourhood do this! Nobody has a backyard BIG enough or PRIVATE enough to do that. What next we turn Hip Hop into HIPPITY HOP down the street.
Looks like everyone is doing well so far. Keep it up. I activated my gym membership yesterday - first "real" workout in years. OUCH!!!0 -

Good job! The workouts get a little easier. I find stretching before and after really help reduce muscle soreness.0 -
