I confess I've fallen behind on the thread and don't have the time to read all the previous posts, so if I've missed something important I'm sorry.
Here we go with our first Statistics Saturday of the new year:
So far we have 119 starters. This makes us a smaller than average, but VERY DEDICATED, group. 112 of us have participated before, and only 7 are newbies. 28 of us have done 10 or more MYACs.
28 of us are on track to make goal.
49 are moving but behind pace, and another 15 have moved but are seriously behind pace.
27 of us are still at zero. I can't grumble too much about the non movers this time because I'm one of them. I returned from California on the 2nd but I haven't been feeling well. So I decided not to go out in the 13F weather, and rest at home instead since I'm starting my 4 races in 4 days later this week. If I make it through all 4 races I'll be way ahead of goal by the end of this week.
It's impressive how well many people are moving considering how cold it is for many of us. Keep up the good work! Let's make 2014 the best year yet.

Another addition! I ran 2.34 miles yesterday. I'm a bit behind, but since I've walked/run it all (rather than biking, which is how I add up my miles so quickly), I am very happy!
