Feeling Annoyed

Sooo a year ago I got all determined and motivated and I lost 30lbs. Whooo and then I fell off. I didn't gain any back but I didn't lose any additional either. Now here I am and there's no question in my mind I need to do this. The switch has been flipped. I'm more then motivated. It's almost like it's a fact in my brain, there's no alternative. Problem is though, the fact that I need to lose weight, watch what I eat, work out. It just ANNOYS me. Doesn't mean I won't do it but I'm annoyed by it.
I need perky people who can help bring my attitude around to match my motivated self. LOL

Welcome back on the bandwagon!! I just jumped back on after 7 months totally off the wagon. Gained a bunch. I too, do not see any alternative to doing this. It isn't about giving up...it's about gaining. It isn't about stopping..it's about changing and replacing the habits. It IS annoying to track, to say "no", to exercise...but it is soooo worth it. Just imagine, in a few months you will have lost weight, been healthier, and probably a bit more perky! Feel free to add me as a friend. It really does help to have others to chat with, swap annoyances, and keep motivation! :-)0

Totally know how you feel. I'm back at this thing after 2 and some odd years. I lost 50+ lbs and then got pregnant. I gained it all back and then some. You are not alone in this journey but I understand the feeling of being annoyed by the whole thing. Stay focused and always positive. You will reach your goals. We are here to support one another. Good luck and God bless in your weight loss journey0
