Firstly, Happy New Year! I hope everyone is doing well and enjoyed the holidays! How have you guys been? Any new goals or resolutions for the New Year? We've made it through one month of this challenge and I hope everyone's still motivated to make this year a great one!

    great week! since christmas, I started eating clean again, with one cheat day, new year's eve. lost a whole kg!

    great feeling after being stuck around the 108 kg mark for 2 weeks!

    I really feel renewed motivation to lose the last 8 kg! nearing the 20% bodyfat mark!! from 36%!!

    So good news this week. It looks like I didn't put on any weight over the holidays other than a ton of water retention. I did not eat cleanly over the holidays, but I was fairly responsible so I hope to be headed down and out of the 200s soon.

    Yeah I gained again :( I believe its water weight from drinking Saturday night and should go down significantly by next week.
