    Sorry I'm late. I was on vacation in N. Idaho and there wasn't any wifi.

    Starting weight is 264.

    I'm pretty bummed about it. I was 261 when I left. 3lbs gain in 7 days. I didn't even feel like I did that bad.

    My goal is to weight 190 by the end of 214.

    GW: 78 kg or 172 lbs.

    Hope to loose at least 4kg by next weigh in. Need to get back into the habits I started last year but lost my way during December and New Year visiting friends family parties etc.

    My scales have broken so I need to buy some new ones. I've got an exam tomorrow so I'm spending the day revising so won't have a chance to get any until probably next week :[

    Should I still like monitor my weight but start Feb first? As I'm doing everything I need to for this group but cannot weight myself yet...which is actually really annoying because I cannot set any real goals yet

    If you get a scale before the 15th, you are more than welcome to post in here. I will be closing this thread on the 15th since it is halfway through the month.

    Also, I am going to make a spreadsheet of each weigh-in, so if you have a goal weight for the end of 2014, I can add it to the spreadsheet with a "Left to go" column. :)

    This sounds wonderful!!! My goal weight would be 150.

    I know we are only weighing in here monthly but I weigh in weekly on Wednesdays and it is easier for me to track it this way. Keep logging and losing!

    I forgot my goal weight for the end of January - so
    CW = 280
    GW=275 for the end of January.

    Shortly after the thread is locked I will post a spreadsheet with the weigh-ins for January. If you didn't post a goal weight, I either got it from your ticker or snooped your profile.:smokin: So just let me know if they are incorrect when the spreadsheet link is posted.

    The only person I didn't/couldn't get a goal weight for was kimjutojor - no ticker and your profile was private. So if you have a goal weight you would like on the spreadsheet, you can PM it. :bigsmile:
