Team it is time to start over. I have missed all of you and thank you for bearing with me thru my illnesses and the holidays.
We are going back to the basics for January just to get me back into the swing of things. I did make a change it is not a daily post but a weekly to make it easier for me to keep up with the information. :flowerforyou:

I was on a self imposed hyatis(sp?) so I didn't know u were gone glad u made it through your trials I gained 14lb and my fitness sucks but glad to be getting back on track with you Tanya.
