Welcome to a new year full of exercise and healthy choices!

If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in January)
1/3/14= Fill out after each weigh in.
1/10/14=
1/17/14=
1/24/14=
1/31/14= Final weigh in for the month.

This should be a great month for us all! I am excited to see everyones new goals and progress for the new year :flowerforyou: Good luck everyone!

New member in the group. Just getting back on the wagon after falling on my head during the holidays. By next November, I will have all new habits, and will be much more fit and active than I am now. Next November all the cookies and treats will NOT BEAT ME! I will develop new habits and activities and coping mechanisms and learn moderation in all things, so that I can live healthy for the rest of my life!

Like Paula, my loss has slowed big time. That said, I am eating more (volumne) and have significantly increasde my health and unhealthy carbs. I want to leave processed sugar behind again and hope by loss picks up to a whooping 2 pounds a week!

Welcome Liz and Tara (and anyone else I may have missed who is new!)

This is a great time to start. Hope we can keep you with us! I think you will find this a very positive group and hopefully we will shake off the posting lethargy that seemed to come up in December (I blame the sugar!) and roar back to our prime.

Best of luck in the challenge and looking forward to your posts!
