I'm doing the classic schedule and just trying to eat clean. I've been out of the loop for so long that right now I'm just trying to get through the workouts each day and still walk.0

I will be starting the Classic schedule on Monday, and am eating a low-carb, high fat, high protein diet.0

Classic and keeping the 40% Carb, 30% Protein, 30% Fat ratio. I have a desk job, so I am keeping calories around the 2200-2300 range.
