-5 is nice start! Hopefully next week will look as good. I'm guessing this was a lot of water weight though.

    Week One: 187.8
    Week Two: 187.8 - No loss this week, but that's because I finished all the "Bad" food in the house!! :) Now onto a new start!!

  • I got lucky and was able to feed the bad food to my boyfriend and kid. The German in me still had me nibbling on the pasta and other starches. Today I took the last of the potatoes,noodles and candy to my sister. I almost feel mean for doing it!

    I had a good week - down 3.3. I always lose fast at the start, but I'm hoping to lose between 1-1.5 lbs a week for the rest of this challenge.

  • Good job everyone! I am happy with this weigh in but I know it's about to get harder, especially because someone at work just put out a box of See's candy and a whole bunch of Ghiradelli chocolates! Will be working out more this week!

    Just started on January 4th, but I'm down a pound and a half. Pretty happy, but it's been tough! I'd much rather be eating bread and pasta and chips and candy!
