Hi everyone,
newbie here from Co Down. Always been active and will cycle around 50+ miles a week but my problem is quantity and food types. So joined to 1. keep an eye on my food intake and, 2. to see the connection between my cycling and calorie intake.
A bit about me.. I'm a happy married man with three children (11 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old), I work in Learning disability, play the guitar, juggle fire and fire diablo's and generally try my best to act a lot younger than what I am, now just to look and feel younger than what I am.
