I would love to hear more about what each day entitles as i haven't yet bought it but i may just do so this weekend. I am skeptical as i thin it's going to be too hard/ challenging for me and i will give up,lol So i want to make sure i will enjoy it before i get it :)

I have only done the first weeks worth of exercises but I will say even though you are thin I think it will be plenty challenging for you. however I don't feel there are many people who can't do it. maybe just not as many reps as you think or not quite in time with the people on the dvd. I will say I think regardless of your body condition this will get you some results either more muscle definition or weight loss. I have a lot of BB dvd's and so far (keeping fingers crossed) this one is my favorite. you start, you sweat, and its over before you know it.

thx. i loved clx and t25 and those 2 are what got me where i am today... I wanted to lose a bit more body fat (2%) and just get abit more deflation. nothing huge but it's a small change. I was going to get gamma but wasn't sure if i was goign to get what i wanted from it even though i know i will LOVE doing it! That is my main thing, i want / need to love the program or i won't do it.. So i worry that i will not really care for this one and give up..

can you explain more to me about the 4 different phases? i am a bit confused on them.. classic, lean ,etc

They aren't really phases, they are different ways of doing the program to get different results. Sounds like you should do "Classic" - I'm doing that as well. (No weight to lose, just want to be better, stronger, faster.) It is the same schedule for the first 3 weeks, which is a rotation of strength, cardio, cardio using a weight, body weight exercises and yoga. So far I really like it.

thx. i don't know how i missed that link!

I don't have not much knowledge with these p90x programs, so i need to brush up on them.... i also have no desire to lose any more weight, just a bit of body fat and get a bit more defined!
