Ok, so I apologize for yesterday's grumpiness. But I guess my scale heard me bad-mouthing him and responded. I'm glad I didn't respond to my frustration by having a Friday night drink. I was the only one in the group not participating. Your support yesterday is the reason - thank you!!

Great work resisting Jen! Last night I skipped my Woodford too. Although I had burned enough calories in the pool to deserve one, it just didn't feel right to have a reward drink. Plus, then I'd need a snack too and I didn't have calories free for both!

Getting back into the swing of things and had a big loss because it's my first week. I didn't quite hit my exercise goal as I wasn't able to get outside for any running due to extreme cold and lots of ice.

This is not a good time for a weigh in for me. I assume I will be getting my cycle in the next day or two since I always get a spike right before (my cycle is not regular since it returned, I assume because I'm breastfeeding, so at least I get a heads up this way). I actually lost a pound this week, so hopefully by next week I will be back there.

I think MFP tracks minutes from Monday-Sunday, but since we check in on Saturday, I guess I should be doing Sunday-Saturday, right? If that's the case I did even more minutes - it was a good work out week. I start my internship full time next week so I won't have as much flexibility, wish me luck!

I have been sick for a while, but I'm a lot better now and I have been doing 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels ... It's been a challenge for me because she is no joke and I find myself modifying a few of the exercises, but I'm hanging in there and slowly but shortly I will improved... Today was my 4th day of 30 and I felt stronger and with more energy, hopefully I'll get better as the days go by :glasses:... Even though I have not lost any weight I'm happy because I have not gained any either :bigsmile: , hopefully with the little work that I'm doing I can start losing weight again :laugh: ...

I am a wee bit behind with the check in dates having been out of the country and still trying to get over jetlag on my return, but next week should see that finally settle down! I am back to exercising, just need to knuckle down on the sensible eating again.
