Oblique pain?

Trying to find a good stretch to do after drills for (im guessing?) tight obliques ( usually only get it on the right side for some reason) Sometimes it gets so tight it feels like my right hip is gonna snap and the pain shoots up the side to just under my ribs ( Im certain is muscle not like a uti or anything, know those well lol) Also my obliques on that side sometimes pull so tight they extend past my natural curve. I do hatha every morning supportive to belly dance but the stretches im doing obviously arent enough.

You may want to talk to a physio if your obliques are that bad that they are causing you pain.
This site has most of the oblique stretches my teacher uses in our intensive workshops. The pretzel stretch and the lying down stretch are particularly good.
