I ate all the wrong things this week and not to muvh walking but hey, I still have a .5 loss so im ok but I will work harded this week. Good luvk everyone. Just say NO! To the ritz crackers :bigsmile:0

So far I am doing really well! I am very excited that I am losing the weight I want to and making healthy food choices. I even started making more food from scratch to help with the weight loss and that has been a big factor!0 -
I was happy today when I got on the scale this morning! I had a cheat day Saturday so I was nervous about my results. Nothing good can come out of going to the Costco food court! Slowly but surely I am getting there! Proud that I have been sticking to my diet and this goal. Have a good week everyone.

This week has been a little rough. I could not get enough to eat and I have been fighting cravings. Overall, I made better choices then I would have in the past. I also tried new recipes this week which helped so much.
