January 13 workout

I did my yoga workout at 5:00 this morning. I wanted to run tonight, but my masters courses started today. I have a full 12 hour schedule, my school counseling practicum, my job, and family to take care of the next 4 months before I FINALLY graduate! I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, but I'm just going to take everything one day at a time!!

I did Day 9.Agility X today, finally around 9:30PM.0

I missed my sunday workout so I double up yesterday and did total synergistics and agility x. I was smoked so yoga this morning was great.0
