Hi guys, I am wondering if anyone else is on the 5.2 diet? I started it 2 weeks ago and so far I am finding it quite easy to do. x

    I've been doing it for about 4 weeks now. I find it easy to do to. This is the longest i've stuck to a diet in ages.

    I did the 5:2 last year and loved it. Trying to organise mysefl to get back on it. It is amazing how inventive you can be with 500 calories!!

    hiya

    I started the 5;2 last week had my first fast day yesterday and aiming for Friday as my next one. Feeling good as I am already aiming for 1200 calories during the week too .

    I believe you aren't supposed to calorie count during the week ??....can anyone help answer this question ???

  • You shouldn't calorie count during your normal days just eat what you want. The reason being as it makes it a bit harder for some people and your body will naturally not want to eat more than you should as you progress in the diet
