New member in the group. Just getting back on the wagon after falling on my head during the holidays. By next November, I will have all new habits, and will be much more fit and active than I am now. Next November all the cookies and treats will NOT BEAT ME! I will develop new habits and activities and coping mechanisms and learn moderation in all things, so that I can live healthy for the rest of my life!0 -
